New pc build referenced account locked

I have a new build, when I turned on and I activated account and linked using ms account it all went fine, updated my files via cloud. Then updated to the latest version of w11 and for the past 4 hours have been locked out, message says the referenced account is currently locked out and may not be logged on to. It's showing as user.i have tried to go into safe mode etc but hasn't worked and even reinstalled from drive etc. Need help with expensive brick. Not impressed
