Minecraft login error

Question

I reset my router already, I cleared my windows credentials, I cleared my chrome cache I reinstalled Minecraft launcher already, I set my DNS to 8.8.8.8, I login to Xbox app already

nothing works

I tried sign in to Minecraft and the website became plain white

I downloaded Minecraft launcher from Microsoft store launched it and I shows “Unable to update Minecraft native launcher ”

seem everything in my computer involving Xbox Microsoft and Minecraft are pretty slow I got the operation timeout a lot using the three following website, everything else in my computer works perfectly

Follow these steps in order, testing Minecraft/Xbox sign-in after each major step:

1. Update Gaming Services (fixes Xbox/Minecraft platform issues)
   1. Open Start > type PowerShell, right‑click Windows PowerShell > Run as administrator.
   2. Run:

            get-appxpackage Microsoft.GamingServices | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
      

   3. In the same PowerShell window, run:

            start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9MWPM2CQNLHN
      

   4. Microsoft Store opens on Gaming Services. Install it and accept any UAC prompts.
   5. When finished, restart the PC and try the Xbox app and Minecraft Launcher again.
2. Reinstall/refresh the Xbox app (used for Minecraft account sign-in)
   1. Make sure the PC is in the RETAIL sandbox (if using any GDK/dev environment). The Xbox app is only visible in Microsoft Store in RETAIL.
   2. Open PowerShell as administrator again.
   3. Run:

            get-appxpackage Microsoft.XboxApp | remove-AppxPackage -allusers
      

   4. Then run:

            start ms-windows-store://pdp/?productid=9mv0b5hzvk9z
      

   5. Install the Xbox app from the Store, then sign in with the Microsoft account used for Minecraft.
3. Update Microsoft Store and apps (Windows 10/11)
   1. Open Microsoft Store.
   2. On Windows 10: select See more (⋯) > Downloads and updates > Get updates.
   3. On Windows 11: select Library > Get updates.
   4. Let Store and app updates complete, then retry installing/updating Minecraft Launcher from the Store.
4. General Store app repair steps For Windows 10 or 11, if Store apps (like Minecraft Launcher) still fail to download or update:
   1. Confirm Windows is fully updated:
      • Windows 10: Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update > Check for updates.
      • Windows 11: Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for updates.
   2. Repair/reset the Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher via Settings > Apps > Apps & features > select the app > Advanced options > Repair; if needed, Reset.
   3. If necessary, uninstall Minecraft Launcher from Settings > Apps, then reinstall it from Microsoft Store (Library > Install on Windows 11, or search in Store on Windows 10).

6. Network and sign-in basics
   1. Confirm the PC has a stable internet connection (try wired Ethernet if Wi‑Fi is unstable).
   2. Restart the PC; if Windows shows updates available, choose Update and restart.
   3. If another Windows account exists on the PC, sign in with that account and test Microsoft Store/Xbox/Minecraft there to see if the issue is profile‑specific.

If, after these steps, Microsoft Store apps in general still cannot download/update or sign-in pages remain blank, the next step is to focus on Microsoft Store troubleshooting (repair/reset Store, check Microsoft Store Install Service, and test with a different Windows user profile) as described above.
