Regarding Reschedule of dp 600 exam

Hi I am not able to start my dp 600 exam due to connectivity and my laptop issue it was not able to start oneVue when oneVUe was start it do not given me to start exam. how I can reschedule my exam

Rescheduling is done through the exam provider and Microsoft Learn, not from within OnVUE itself.

Follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile that was used to schedule the DP-600 exam.
2. Open the profile menu (photo avatar) and select Profile.
3. Go to Credentials and then select Certifications.
4. Find the DP-600 exam appointment and select Reschedule.
5. You will be redirected to the exam delivery provider (Pearson VUE) site to complete the reschedule.

Important policy details:

• Reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled time; otherwise, the exam fee or voucher is forfeited.
• If the exam was impacted by connectivity or equipment failure and a Pearson VUE case was created, a waiver of the retake waiting period can be requested through Training, Certification, and Program Support, but the standard reschedule/cancellation policy (24-hour rule and fee forfeiture) still applies.
• If additional help is needed with rescheduling or if the appointment status looks incorrect, contact Pearson VUE Customer Support using the link provided in the documentation.
