i have done the same i keep disconnecting but it leaves the page iv'e tried researching and none helped even typed the year still nothing someone help

Try out the below steps:

Clear Roblox Cache

Press Win + R, type %localappdata%, and press Enter.

Find the Roblox folder and Delete it.

Press Win + R again, type %temp%\Roblox, and press Enter.

Delete everything inside that folder.

Restart your computer.

Bypass ISP-DNS Configurations

Press Win + R, type ncpa.cpl, and press Enter.

Right-click your active connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet) > Properties.

Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) > Properties.

Select "Use the following DNS server addresses" and enter:

Preferred: 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare)

Alternate: 8.8.8.8 (Google)

Click OK.

Refresh Network

Right-click Start > Terminal (Admin) or Open CMD:

Type the following commands one by one, pressing Enter after each:

ipconfig /flushdns

netsh winsock reset

Restart your router and your PC.
