What does the exact error message say? The subject of this thread also indicates that you are seeing a licensing error message. Is that all displayed in a single message or are you seeing two different ones?

    Hi @Toode Mboweni

Regarding your issue, may I kindly ask a few questions so I can understand your issue better:

    • I saw that you posted your question under the Education category so to better support you, could you confirm what Microsoft 365 license you're using right now? You can check it by logging in https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony and choose Subscriptions
    • Under Office apps & devices, confirm that your license includes desktop apps.
    • 사용자의 이미지
    • Were you able to use the Office desktop or mobile apps before, or were you only able to use Office on the web?
    • Could you provide a screenshot of the issue (make sure to hide your personal information) if possible?

Hope to hear back from you soon.

The initial response may not fully address your needs, but it will help me better understand your situation. Once I get the information, I will try my best to find the next steps.
