- I saw that you posted your question under the Education category so to better support you, could you confirm what Microsoft 365 license you're using right now? You can check it by logging in https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony and choose Subscriptions
- Under Office apps & devices, confirm that your license includes desktop apps.

- Were you able to use the Office desktop or mobile apps before, or were you only able to use Office on the web?
- Could you provide a screenshot of the issue (make sure to hide your personal information) if possible?
