Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

To help narrow down the issue:

    1. Did you recently reinstall Windows, reset the PC, or change any hardware (like the motherboard)?
    2. Was Windows 11 previously activated on this device?
    3. Did this PC originally come with Windows pre-installed, or was Windows purchased separately?

Also, could you please share a screenshot of your Windows activation details?

    Please follow these steps:

    • Press Start and search for CMD.
    • Right-click on Command Prompt and select “Run as administrator”.
    • Run this command:

    slmgr /dlv

    • A window will pop up with activation information.
    • Please take a screenshot of that window and share it here. (You can cover or blur the full product key for privacy.)

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

Error 0xC004F213 means Windows reported that no product key was found on the device. This is a Windows activation issue, not an application-installation problem.

To resolve it on Windows 11:

    1. Open Activation settings:
      • Select Start > Settings > System > Activation.
    2. If there is a valid product key for this device:
      • In Activation, select Change product key.
      • Enter the 25-character Windows product key that was previously used on this device before any hardware or system changes.
    3. If there is no product key but Windows was linked to a Microsoft account:
      • Make sure the same Microsoft account used previously on this device is signed in.
      • In Settings > System > Activation, select Troubleshoot.
      • If the troubleshooter finds a digital license for this device, follow the prompts, including the option to reactivate after a hardware change if shown.
    4. If Windows came preinstalled and major hardware (for example, the motherboard) was replaced:
      • A new Windows license may be required. Use Start > Settings > System > Activation > Go to Microsoft Store to purchase a license.

If activation still fails after these steps, contact support for further assistance.
