Unsuccessful repeated Account Login

Hello the email in question is my old one <mod: PII Removed>@outlook.com

I’ve been trying to log back in various times using every detail I could possibly think of but I’ve been unsuccessful I wanted to see if someone from Microsoft can email me directly

I’ve used that email for my music, official work documents, my immigration status and other important things that I cannot access till now.

the most relevant emails would be flagged I haven’t sent emails to <mod: PII2 Removed>@outlook.com <mod: PII3 Removed>@gmail.com I’ve had a ton from indeed regarding jobs in hospitality or construction.

What I would like is for you to rest my password completely for that account and also remove the number connected to it as I have no access to it aswell and send rest new password to my new email for my old one.

    Hi! Unfortunately, in this situation, Microsoft support agents are unable to assist directly. They will inform you that you must successfully complete the account recovery form in order to regain access. I understand how challenging this can be, but it is in place to protect your account. Ultimately, only the information you provide through the recovery form can be used to verify that you are the rightful owner of the account.
