Is this a personal Microsoft account (typically @outlook.com / @hotmail.com / @live.com) or a work/school (Microsoft 365) account on your custom domain ?
- If it is a personal account : please try the Microsoft account recovery form (ACSR)
- If it is a work/school (Microsoft 365) account : please ask your IT/Microsoft 365 admin to restore the user/mailbox from Deleted users in the admin center (within 30 days). More info: Delete or restore user mailboxes in Exchange Online | Microsoft Learn
