Hi. I need to change my subscription back to the original one. Co-pilot etc is extremely irritating. If I want 'upgrades' or changes, I'll ask for them.

To move from Microsoft 365 Personal with Copilot back to a classic (no‑Copilot) plan, the available guidance is to cancel/downgrade the current subscription and select the classic option when it is offered during cancellation.

    Steps:

    1. Go to the Microsoft account Services & subscriptions page: https://account.microsoft.com/services and sign in with the account that has the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription.
    2. Locate the Microsoft 365 Personal subscription and select Manage.
    3. Select Cancel subscription.
    4. During the cancellation flow, look for an option to switch/downgrade to the classic plan (for example, “Microsoft 365 Personal Classic”) instead of fully cancelling. Choose that option and follow the prompts to complete the switch.

If the downgrade/Classic option does not appear, contact Microsoft support or billing support from the same account page so they can review the subscription and apply the classic plan where eligible.
