Refund of account charged

I ordered a 365 trial to be charged monthly, but GHC1329.81 has been deducted from my account. I need my refund

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option

A refund cannot be processed directly here, but the charge can be checked and a refund requested if eligible by cancelling the subscription through the Microsoft account.

Follow these steps to investigate the charge, cancel, and check refund eligibility:

1. Go to the Services & subscriptions page for Microsoft 365:
   https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365 and sign in with the same Microsoft account used to start the 365 trial.
2. Locate the Microsoft 365 subscription that generated the GHC1329.81 charge and select Manage.
   • If Turn on recurring billing is shown instead of Manage, the subscription is already set to expire and no further charges will occur.
3. On the subscription management page, select Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel, depending on what is shown).
4. Scroll through and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the cancellation. This step is required to check refund eligibility; not all cancellations result in a refund.
5. If the subscription was purchased directly from Microsoft and the country is one of those that support prorated refunds, any eligible refund will be processed automatically after cancellation. Details on prorated-refund countries are in the “Countries with prorated refunds for Microsoft subscriptions” article linked from the refund and cancellation pages.
6. If the subscription was purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or a third-party retailer (such as a mobile store or online reseller), contact that provider’s support to request the refund, as Microsoft cannot refund those purchases directly.

If the charge is not recognized or the subscription/charge cannot be located under the account, use the billing investigation guidance and then contact Microsoft Support from the Contact Microsoft Support link on the cancellation/refund pages for direct assistance with the billing issue.
