Missing MOS: Excel Associate Certification in Microsoft Learn Profile

Hello Support Team,

I have recently passed the Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps) exam on March 7, 2026, through Certiport.

I created my Microsoft Learn account today. I have already updated my Certiport and Microsoft Learn accounts to use the same email address. However, the certification still does not appear under the "Credentials" or "Achievements" sections of my Microsoft Learn profile.

Could you please help me link my Certiport transcript to my Microsoft Learn profile?

Certiport-based Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications, including Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel Associate (Microsoft 365 Apps), are not currently synchronized into Microsoft Learn profiles.

Even if the same email address is used on both Certiport and Microsoft Learn, MOS certifications earned through Certiport will not appear under Credentials, Achievements, or on the Microsoft Learn transcript at this time. These certifications must be managed and shared directly from the Certiport account and transcript.

For now:

1. Continue to use the Certiport Test Candidate account to view, download, and share the MOS: Excel Associate certificate and transcript.
2. Use the Microsoft Learn profile transcript only for credentials and exams that are delivered and tracked directly through Microsoft Learn/Certification.
3. If any non-Certiport certifications are missing from the Learn profile, follow the guidance in the “Missing Exams or Certifications” article and, if needed, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
