I signed up for microsoft 365 business premium but not able to login with that account. Still in trial period. It says account doesn't exist. I didn't get any emails regarding this new account.

    Dear @Amit Singla,

Thank you for reaching out and for explaining your situation in detail and I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble signing in your Microsoft 365 business premium account

When you sign up for a Microsoft 365 Business trial, Microsoft automatically creates a default administrator account for the new tenant. This admin account usually follows a format similar to: admin@<tenantname>.onmicrosoft.com or, in some cases, a username you explicitly chose during the sign‑up process.

It’s important to note that the email address used to register for the trial (a personal Outlook or Gmail address) is often not the same as the administrator account that is created for signing in to Microsoft 365.

Microsoft normally sends a welcome or confirmation email containing the administrator account details and sign‑in information. Since you mentioned that no such email was received and that signing in results in an “account doesn’t exist” message, this strongly suggests that the tenant creation or admin account provisioning may not have completed successfully on the backend.

In this situation, attempting to sign in with an assumed @onmicrosoft.com address can lead to this exact error if that specific user account was never actually created.

Unfortunately, issues related to initial tenant creation and administrator identity cannot be resolved from the Microsoft Q&A forum. These scenarios require backend verification, and only Microsoft’s subscription or data protection support teams have the ability to confirm whether the tenant exists and to restore or recreate the administrator account if necessary.

At this point, the recommended next step is to contact Microsoft Support directly and explain that you created a Microsoft 365 Business trial but did not receive any welcome email and cannot access the tenant because the admin account cannot be found. Please try to find the related hotline number to call the frontline let them raise a ticket for you: Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

When speaking with the support agent or navigating the automated system, select options related to Microsoft 365 for business, administrator, and account or sign‑in issues, and mention that this concerns a new trial tenant that cannot be accessed.

If you still cannot reach to agent, there is still a workaround, you might consider registering for a new tenant by signing up for a trial subscription via this link Compare All Microsoft 365 Plans | Microsoft. This would allow you to create a new tenant following the provided prompts. Once set up, you can access the admin console of the new tenant and submit a support ticket requesting to speak with the Data Protection team on behalf of your previous tenant.

Please remember to cancel the trial subscription once your issue is resolved to avoid any unintended charges.

I know this isn’t the most convenient outcome, but this escalation is necessary to get the issue properly resolved. I hope this explanation helps clarify what’s happening and guides you toward the right support channel and I hope Microsoft Support is able to get you back up and running quickly.

    Best regards,
