no free space available

my organization is providing me with 2TB space i use only 7GB but i'm unable to upload or synch it shows me that i don't have enough space !

    Hi @LAHCEN FAIZ,

    I noticed that you posted your question under the For Education channel, may I kindly confirm whether you’re using a work or school account provided by your organization, or a personal Microsoft account?

    And to better understand the situation and help narrow down the root cause, I’d like to check a few things with you:

    • Could you please sign in to OneDrive on the web and look at the Storage section shown in the lower‑left corner? If possible, a screenshot of that view would be really helpful so I can see how the storage is being reported on the web side.

    • Next, could you try uploading a small file directly through the OneDrive web interface and let me know whether you see the same “not enough space” message there, or if the upload works as expected?
    • Also, just to double‑check, OneDrive relies on local disk space to temporarily store and sync files. If the system drive (usually C:) is running low on free space, OneDrive may still show a “not enough space” error even when your cloud quota looks fine. If you could kindly check whether your device has at least around 10–20 GB of free space available on the system drive, that would be great.
