I am writing to inform you that I was unable to attend my microsoft GHCP 300 external exam scheduled for today at 1:15 PM due to an unexpected power outage at my location. I had already logged in and was performing the system check when the electricity went out.
Could you please help me reschedule this session for tomorrow, or any available slot after 7:00 PM on a subsequent day? Please let me know the next steps for rescheduling under these circumstances.
