So I wanted to initialise my new USB, but halfway through, we got a short power outage. When my PC booted back up, I wanted to continue the formatting, but found out that the USB, while still being shown in the disk manager, has no space whatsoever, 0b, while properties showed that it's working correctly. Since it has no space, I cant format it. Is there a way to repair the USB, or was it killed?

USB flash drives are very volatile and may fail at any time, if there was a power outage when you were formatting the USB, that has most likely corrupted the file system on the USB.

Connect the USB to another PC, is the USB working in that PC?

If not, please provide a screenshot of the Disk Management window showing the USB in the bottom pane of Disk Management.
