    Hi,

Do you have Active Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification? This is required in addition to passing AZ-305 in order to earn Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification. If you do not have it then you need to pass AZ-104 exam and both certifications will show up.

Please click Accept Answer if the above was useful.

    Thanks.

After passing AZ-305, the certification is normally available in the Microsoft Learn profile within a short time. Since it has already been a month, follow these steps:

    1. Verify the certification is earned
      • Check the AZ-305 exam page to confirm that AZ-305 is the required exam for the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification and that all prerequisites are met.
      • Ensure that all required exams/certifications for the target credential are completed; certificates are only issued once all requirements are satisfied.
    2. Check the correct Learn profile
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the Certification Dashboard.
      • Go to Credentials → Certifications and look for the AZ-305-related certification and its certificate.
      • If nothing appears, confirm that the account used to sign in is the same one used when registering for and taking the exam. If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each one.
    3. Access or download the certificate
      • From the Certification Dashboard, select View Certificates in the Certificates section.
      • Select the relevant certificate and download or preview it as needed.
    4. If the certificate is still missing
      • Review the guidance for missing exams or certifications and confirm the credential requirements again.
      • If the certification or exam still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the process described in the missing-certifications article so the support team can investigate the account and exam records.
