A “€1.7 million prize drop” tied to completing an entry form is not how Microsoft Rewards normally operates. Their promotions are typically small-scale sweepstakes or points-based rewards, not massive guaranteed-sounding payouts.

Even if the sender address looks legitimate, the combination of a huge prize, urgency (“action needed”), and prompting you to complete a form strongly points to a phishing or scam email.

Treat it as malicious. Don’t click any links or download anything. If you want to be extra safe, delete it and, if you’re curious, check your Microsoft Rewards account directly through the official site.
