USER CREATION FAILURE

We were unable to create new users from both M365 admin center and Entra as we encounter the attached errors. Please this needs a backend escalation to the engineering team to increase the user provisionaing quota. as seen in this documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5743214/request-for-azure-ad-directory-object-quota-increa Tenant ID : <PII REMOVED> Global Admin email : <PII REMOVED> Verified custom domain name : <pii removed> Confirm that it is an Education tenant : YES Confirm that it is Production (not test/dev) : YES Requested new quota : 300,000 Current user count: 251 Estimated growth rate :500-1000 peryear Note that the tenant is blocked from creating users due to incorrect provisioning

    The engineering team has raised the quota on your tenant since your organization surpassed the default Microsoft Entra service limit.

    You can check and confirm if the directory object quota limit has been increased.
