I have submitted a request for an MFA device reset, but have not received a callback after days. I am the administrator and this has locked out our entire business. We are paralyzed.

Can I get a callback ASAP please Microsoft?

    Hi @Chetan Raina,

I’m really sorry to hear about the situation you’re facing, especially knowing that this has impacted your entire business. I completely understand how stressful and urgent an MFA lockout can be, and I truly empathize with what you’re experiencing.

You mentioned that you’ve already submitted a request for an MFA reset. Just to confirm, have you opened a support ticket with Microsoft’s Data Protection team for this request? If so, could you please share the case number with me via private message?

I’ve already sent you a private message on this platform. To access it, please click on the banner displayed at the top of the page, as shown in the image below. User's image

As a forum moderator, I hope you can understand that I don’t have the ability to directly handle or intervene in tenant recovery scenarios or make changes to account security settings. However, I’m more than happy to help within the scope available to me. I can assist by checking the current status of your support case, helping you understand where it stands, and sharing any relevant guidance or next steps that may be available.

I truly hope I can be of help and support you in moving this matter forward. Looking forward to your reply!
