My personal Account has been stolen and im getting no help from microsoft

i found that when i sign in on my personal account it says account can not been found, then when it sends an email to login in it tries to send to this email "******@safetymail.in" which i have no idea what that is, i cannot speak to a person, and my personal account can not be found to reset my password, so what the F do i do now, as they Rome around in my account and steal all my info!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had better news, but when a Microsoft account is hacked, if the hackers change the associated Email, then that account is usually no longer recoverable, this forum is just a user to user account and no-one here has any account access, try using the process they provide on this link to recover a hacked account, if this process is not successful, sadly, that account cannot be recovered.

i do understand the situation but i pay 100 dollars a year and have all my personal info on this account, Microsoft is one of the largest platforms in the world, i refuse to believe there is no way to track down my account and find out why and how it was stolen, the remarks "there's nothing we can do" simply doesn't fly, why do we pay for a service if we are not protected in these situations? we are talking about MICROSOFT, they employ some of the best good hackers in the world!

I do understand your frustration, I really do, for the subscription you have on the hacked account, you will need to contact Microsoft Support directly, try using this method to contact their support.Go to this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus

Select Microsoft 365

Click 'Get Home Support'.

In the box provided, type billing.

Press Enter, then on the next page, scroll down and click 'Sign in to Contact Support'.

Navigate to Microsoft 365 and Office - Manage my Subscription.

Select the 'Chat with support agent in web browser' option
