    Hello Dylan Martinez,

Before troubleshooting, it's worth confirming whether the purchase actually completed on Microsoft's end.

    • Go to https://account.microsoft.com > Order history and check if Minecraft appears there. If it doesn't show up, the transaction may not have gone through, and you may need to retry the purchase.
    • If it does appear in order history, try opening the Microsoft Store, go to Library, and look for Minecraft there — sometimes the entitlement takes a little time to sync even after the purchase is confirmed.

If it's been several days and it still hasn't appeared in your Library despite showing in order history, you should contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact so they can verify the entitlement on the account side.

The message indicates the purchase or entitlement is still being processed. When this happens and it keeps asking to “wait” for days, the most common cause is that the Microsoft Store or Xbox services on the device are not fully up to date or not working correctly.

    Try these steps in order:

    1. Update Microsoft Store
      • Open Microsoft Store.
      • Go to Library.
      • Select Get updates and let all apps (especially Microsoft Store itself and Xbox apps) update.
      • When done, restart the PC and try launching Minecraft again.
    2. Make sure Windows and Xbox apps are updated
      • Open Settings > Windows Update and install all available updates.
      • Open the Xbox app (and Xbox Console Companion if installed), sign in with the same account used to buy Minecraft, and check for any prompts or updates.
    3. Check the Microsoft Store account
      • In Microsoft Store, click your profile icon and confirm the same Microsoft account used for the purchase is signed in.
      • If not, sign out and sign in with the correct account.
    4. Restart Store services
      • Press Windows + R, type wsreset.exe, and press Enter.
      • A blank Command Prompt window will appear and close automatically; Microsoft Store will then open.
      • Try Minecraft again.
    5. If the purchase still does not show
      • Go to Microsoft Store > Library > Owned and see if Minecraft appears there.
      • If it does not appear after all updates and resets, contact Microsoft Support with the order details so the purchase can be checked and, if needed, corrected.
