Before troubleshooting, it's worth confirming whether the purchase actually completed on Microsoft's end.
- Go to https://account.microsoft.com > Order history and check if Minecraft appears there. If it doesn't show up, the transaction may not have gone through, and you may need to retry the purchase.
- If it does appear in order history, try opening the Microsoft Store, go to Library, and look for Minecraft there — sometimes the entitlement takes a little time to sync even after the purchase is confirmed.
If it's been several days and it still hasn't appeared in your Library despite showing in order history, you should contact Microsoft Support directly at https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact so they can verify the entitlement on the account side.
