Can't Access Azure Portal

Question

I'm unable to login into my Azure Portal account.

I'm getting a loop where anything I do is enough to actually login into my account.

Under my account.live.com are I have enabled password login, sending a code to a secondary email, MS Authenticator App notification and third party authentication app (as MS Authenticator is generating an 8 digits code while Azure Portal requests 6 digits code and it seems I can't get around it)

I'm following these steps:

1. Open incognito window on Edge;
2. Access https://login.microsoftonline.com/logout.srf
3. Access https://portal.azure.com/auth/login/
4. Pick my email from Pick an account option
5. Click Send notification
6. Get a Code on Screen
7. Get a notification on my MS Authenticator App
8. Select the right number and approve it
9. Select Yes to Stay signed in option prompted on my browser
10. Get the Enter Code from https://login.microsoftonline.com/
11. Insert 6 digits code from third party authenticator app
12. Fail with message "You didn't enter the expected verification code. Please try again."
13. go to https://portal.azure.com/#home
14. I am in
15. Can't do nothing as I always get request 6 digits code that from third party authenticator app giver me error and from MS Authenticator App the code has 8 digits

I haven't logged into Azure Portal in over a year and now have no idea why I'm getting this frustrating loop. Can't create a "Pay-As-You-Go" subscription. Depending on the resource I try to access I get the error message

We suggest attempting to sign in again, or alternatively, continuing without access tokens, although this may result in a suboptimal user experience. Don't know what else to do.
