i can download my certification for az104

I have finished my exam and scored 799 but I didn't get my certificate immediately after the exam, how can I download it ? or will I receive it via mail ?

For AZ-104 and other Microsoft certification exams, results can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications section of the Microsoft Learn profile. The certificate is not usually provided immediately at the test center.

To get the certificate once the exam result has posted to the account:

1. Sign in to the Certification Dashboard (via the Learn profile → Credentials → Certifications).
2. In the Certifications section, select View Certificates.
3. Select the AZ-104 certification and use the download/print option to save the certificate (PDF or via browser print).

Certificates are not typically emailed as an attachment; instead, an email about the exam result may be received, and the certificate is accessed and downloaded from the Certification Dashboard.

If the AZ-104 result or certificate does not appear in the dashboard after 24 hours, open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so the certification team can investigate and correct the record.
