I have been searching for an answer to the same question. I have gone to this link (and a few others). The instructions on the link you provided are not accurate. Specifically, in the "How to Submit a support request" section, step 1 says to select "learning" in the product family drop down. "Learning" is not an option. Copilot was no help in sorting out an answer either. Essentially, you keep giving this link for all the similar registration support questions and its broken or otherwise doesn't get us the answer we need. When I go to re-register MS obviously says my account is already registered. If they can see that then 1) why didn't I get a confirmation? 2) Why is so dang difficult for me to contact support to get a confirmation.
