I purchased Microsoft365 off of softwareSupply this September and purchased a 12 months subscription. It has been working fine up until now but today it has started saying that my orgnization's storage is full. I am the only user of the onedrive and it says on my computer that i have only used 0.3gb out of 100gb so the storage should not be full. Also I am on Macbook. Can anyone help me?

What account do you use to sign into your subscription and to your ONeNote?
The reason I asked that is because it appears you were sold some educational version of subscription.

2026-03-22T19:36:17.46+00:00 the full name of the product i bought off of software supply is "Microsoft 365 Home | (PC/MAC/Tablet) - 5 Devices - One Time Payment". The account they gave me was ******@office365proplus.co and that is the account im signed into on OneNote. It could be an educational version because I am a student, not sure.

If this is a true Home Microsoft 365 subscription, it will NOT accept such an email address domain. It will require your very own personal Microsoft account.
The fact that they gave you a specific email address to sign in, and it is a custom domain one, means they are reselling volume license - not you, but they are violating Microsoft's licensing terms. Basically, they, applied for an organization account from Microsoft, specifically an educational one, and treat you as their internal organization user, by assigning you a seat in their organization tenant. This type of set up is for schools for example, for their own users. Not meant to be resold to others outside of the organization.
It's not about YOUR OneDrive account being full, it's about the entire organization account being full.
This has to do with a change that Microsoft implemented in 2024 for educational users. This change was explained here:https://www.microsoft.com/education/products/microsoft-365-storage-options
And I quote:
"Microsoft is making changes to our storage offerings across our Microsoft 365 for Education suite. Starting with their next contract renewal, but not before December 2024*, tenants at all institutions will receive 100 TB of free shared storage across OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange, with an additional 50 GB or 100 GB of shared storage per paid user for A3 and A5 subscriptions, respectively (not including student usage benefits)."
The key word here is "pool" storage. Therefore, this issue affects the entire account of the educational organization. Normally, you should contact your school's IT department and let them know. They should visit admin.microsoft.com and follow this path: Microsoft 365 admin center > Reports > Storage to check the health of your organization's storage. If it's running low, they'll need to do a cleanup or contact Microsoft to upgrade the storage. So, technically, your seller is your organization admin here.
It is honestly a mess, and you should dispute this with the seller, and call them out.

That price alone is a major red flag that their product is not properly obtained via legal channel.
