I took the AZ-104 training course in August of 2025. Looking for my certificate of completion for the training.

If you attended an instructor led course, then the instructor should have provided you with an Achievement code that you redeem on your Learn profile under the Courses tab on https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/achievements

That is your course attendance certificate.

A course completion certificate for AZ-104 training is managed through the Microsoft Learn profile and/or the training provider, not directly from the exam or certification pages.

To locate or re-download the completion proof, follow these steps:

1. Check Microsoft Learn profile
   • Go to the Microsoft Learn profile page: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/
   • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used during the ESI-sponsored training.
   • In the left column, select Transcript to see a record of completed training.
   • Also check Achievements for badges/trophies related to the AZ-104 course or learning paths.
   • If the training was delivered as Microsoft Learn online modules/paths (for example, the AZ-104 learning paths like Manage identities and governance in Azure, Implement and manage storage in Azure, Deploy and manage Azure compute resources, Configure and manage virtual networks, and Monitor and back up Azure resources), completion should appear there.
2. If the course was an instructor-led class (e.g., “Course AZ-104T00-A: Microsoft Azure Administrator”)
   • This 4‑day course is typically delivered by a Microsoft Learning Partner or internal corporate training provider.
   • If it does not appear in the Microsoft Learn transcript or achievements, contact:
     • The training provider or internal ESI program coordinator that registered the class.
     • Ask them for the official course completion certificate or attendance confirmation.
3. If the certificate or training record is missing from Microsoft Learn
   • Use Microsoft Credentials / Learn support, which handles training and credential history issues:
     • Go to https://aka.ms/credentialssupport
     • Sign in with the same Microsoft account used for the training.
     • Complete and submit a support request describing that the AZ-104 training course (company-sponsored ESI program, August 2025) is missing from the transcript and that a completion certificate is needed.
   • Support can verify the account, reconcile training records, and advise how to obtain an official proof of completion.
4. What the transcript can provide
   • The Microsoft Learn transcript shows:
     • Training modules and learning paths completed
     • Exams passed
     • Certifications and Applied Skills
   • This transcript can often be printed or shared digitally with an employer as proof of completion if a separate “course completion certificate” is not available.

If none of the above surfaces the course, the ESI program’s training administrator is the most direct path to reissue or confirm the completion certificate.
