Tell me how do I cancel recurring Teams Subscription?

Is it Teams Essential? If so, this is a commercial license, so you need to manage it via https://admin.microsoft.com > Billing > Your products or Licenses, cancel from there.

The username should be in this format:

user @ bizname.onmicrosoft.com

user and bizname were defined by you when you set it up initially.

To cancel a recurring Teams app subscription, first turn off or change recurring billing for the subscription, and cancel it if needed.

1. Open Microsoft Teams.
2. Select Apps > Manage your apps.
3. Select the Subscriptions tab.
4. Find the Teams app subscription to stop renewing.
5. Select More options ... > View subscription.
6. Select Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If additional billing options (like recurring billing settings or billing profile) need to be changed:

1. In the same subscription view, select Manage more in Microsoft 365 admin center.
2. In the Microsoft 365 admin center, go to Billing > Your products.
3. Select the subscription.
4. Choose Edit recurring billing.
5. Set recurring billing to Off, then select Save.

Turning off recurring billing stops future automatic renewals. The subscription remains active until it expires.
