    Hello @Robin Ashlin

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing with your payment. I understand how frustrating this situation can be.

Please understand that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to cover your personal information including your invoice number in the description.

Please notice to hide these personal or organization information next time you post error or some information to protect personal data.

In this case, the best next step is to contact the Microsoft Billing Support team, as they are the only group with the necessary tools and permissions to review billing details and assist with payment-related issues.

    How to proceed:

    • Find your Microsoft 365 admin: If you don't know who the global admin is in your organization, you can find guidance here: How can I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
    • Submit a service request: The Global Administrator should create a support request with Microsoft to receive advanced technical assistance. For detailed instructions, see: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
    • If your organization's Office 365 Business/Education subscription is from a partner or reseller, and the global administrator is unable to open a service request on your end, contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you instead.

I apologize for redirecting you to the Microsoft Support team. While we aim to help as much as possible here in the forum, some billing cases require backend access and deeper diagnostic tools that only official support can provide.

If you need any further guidance, feel free to reply. I’m here to help!

For security and privacy, account numbers or payment details cannot be provided here.

To pay or update the payment method for a Microsoft subscription when a card has been blocked or replaced:

    1. Sign in to the Services & subscriptions page at https://account.microsoft.com/services using the Microsoft account that owns the subscription.
    2. Locate the relevant subscription and choose the option to Change or Update payment method.
    3. When the new card arrives, add it there as a new payment method and set it as the payment option for the subscription.
    4. If there is a past-due balance, follow the prompts on that page to pay it once the new card is available.

If the charge or account in question is not visible under Services & subscriptions, or if help is needed with an unrecognized or disputed charge, contact Microsoft Support directly through the official support site and choose a billing/subscription category. If the issue involves a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction on the old card, also continue working with the bank to dispute it and ensure the compromised card remains blocked.

Do not share card numbers or other sensitive payment details by email or in public forums.
