AZ-900 Passed but Certification Not Showing in Dashboard

Hello,

I recently took and passed the AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) exam. At the end of the exam, I received a confirmation that I passed successfully.

However, I am experiencing the following issues:

I have not received any confirmation email

My certification is not showing in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard

I have already verified my email address

I also checked my results in Pearson VUE

Could you please help me verify my exam result and sync my certification?

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab and sometimes longer over the weekend. 1. Confirm the result is eligible and processed

• Since Pearson VUE already shows the result as passed, no rescore or additional processing is normally required. For most exams, results are passed automatically to the Microsoft Learn profile and should appear in the Certifications tab within 24 hours.

2. Check the correct Learn profile and login account Follow the official guidance for missing certifications:

• Sign in to Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/
• Select the profile icon (top-right) → Profile.
• Go to Credentials → Certifications and check whether AZ-900 or “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” appears.
• If not visible, verify that the login account is the same one used when scheduling the exam with Pearson VUE.
• If there is any chance that a different Microsoft account, work, or school account was used when registering for the exam, sign out and try signing in with those other accounts and check Credentials → Certifications again.

3. Check for multiple profiles or wrong account usage The official missing-certification guidance highlights common issues:

• Multiple Learn profiles under different login accounts can cause the certification to appear under a different profile.
• If a shared computer or shared login was used at any point, the exam might have been registered under the wrong account.
