Hello,

I recently took and passed the AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) exam. At the end of the exam, I received a confirmation that I passed successfully.

However, I am experiencing the following issues:

I have not received any confirmation email

My certification is not showing in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard

I have already verified my email address

I also checked my results in Pearson VUE

Could you please help me verify my exam result and sync my certification?

Details:

Exam: AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals)

  • Exam date: 20-03-2026

Thank you in advance for your help.

It can take 24-48 hours for results to appear on your Microsoft Learn profile under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab and sometimes longer over the weekend. What you need to check and then do is covered by this page https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/missing-certifications

For AZ-900 and other Microsoft Certification exams, results usually appear in the Learn profile and Certification Dashboard within 24 hours, but there are known cases where they are delayed or associated with a different account. Use the following steps to verify and sync the certification.

    1. Confirm the result is eligible and processed
    • Since Pearson VUE already shows the result as passed, no rescore or additional processing is normally required. For most exams, results are passed automatically to the Microsoft Learn profile and should appear in the Certifications tab within 24 hours.
    1. Check the correct Learn profile and login account Follow the official guidance for missing certifications:
    • Sign in to Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/
    • Select the profile icon (top-right) → Profile.
    • Go to CredentialsCertifications and check whether AZ-900 or “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” appears.
    • If not visible, verify that the login account is the same one used when scheduling the exam with Pearson VUE.
    • If there is any chance that a different Microsoft account, work, or school account was used when registering for the exam, sign out and try signing in with those other accounts and check Credentials → Certifications again.
    1. Check for multiple profiles or wrong account usage The official missing-certification guidance highlights common issues:
    • Multiple Learn profiles under different login accounts can cause the certification to appear under a different profile.
    • If a shared computer or shared login was used at any point, the exam might have been registered under the wrong account.
    • The congratulations email (once sent) goes to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the sign-in account. If a future congratulations email links to a profile that does not show the certification, that is a sign that the exam is tied to another profile.
    1. Allow up to 24 hours for normal propagation
    • For most non‑beta exams, results are available within minutes but can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab.
    • If it has been less than 24 hours since the exam, wait until that window has passed and then recheck the Learn profile and Certification Dashboard.
    1. If the certification is still missing after 24 hours Use the official support path for missing exams or certifications:
    • Review the credential requirements to confirm that AZ-900 is the correct exam for the “Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals” certification.
    • If the exam is definitely passed and the certification still does not appear under any of the possible accounts, contact Microsoft Credentials Support:
      • Go to the Microsoft Credentials Support portal (as described in the Missing Exams or Certifications guidance).
      • Sign in with the same account used for the exam.
      • Submit a support request describing that AZ-900 was passed on 20‑03‑2026, Pearson VUE shows a pass, but no email or certification appears in the Learn profile or Certification Dashboard.

Support can check backend records, merge or correct profiles if needed, and manually align the passed exam with the correct Learn account.
