I have a situation, if anyone can help me that would be great relief for me! I had given GH-300 on Friday 20 March, & I delivered the exam, however, since then it is not appearing in the Microsoft Learn Portal under the Credentials - Certification section. After the exam it showed me the result passed, but I did not take any screenshot / clicked any image, as normally, we don't think about such abnormal condition. I connected with Pearsonvue and they mentioned that they are able to find my exam details and it is showing as delivered from their end, rest I need to coordinate with MS team. However, in the MS Learn portal, everywhere it is redirecting to Pearsonvue website for any support (related to exam / certification). I waited for 72 hours as the auto-chatbot was mentioning that it may take upto 72 hours, still I don't see any hope. The strange part is that, the MS Learn website even not showing me the GH-300 under the Past Exam as well. So their is clearly a sync up issue. Please help me to sort this issue.

GH-300 and other certifications are now visible and managed directly in the Microsoft Learn profile, not in the old Certification Dashboard.

Take these steps to resolve the missing exam/certification:

    1. Confirm the correct Learn account is used
      • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the Credentials page: https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
      • Ensure this is the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the GH-300 exam with Pearson VUE.
      • If there might be multiple accounts (personal, work, school), sign out and try each one. The congratulations email for a passed exam is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the sign-in account.
      • Follow the guidance in Missing Exams or Certifications to verify you are not simply viewing the wrong profile.
    2. Check for the exam under Past exams
      • In the Credentials area, go to Certifications and scroll to the Past exams section.
      • If GH-300 does not appear there, it confirms a sync or profile-linking issue rather than a simple delay.
    3. Understand certificate availability for GH-300
      • The Certification Dashboard no longer exists. Certifications are shown under the Learn Credentials page.
      • For GH-300, certificates are no longer downloaded as separate files; instead, they must be viewed/printed and saved as PDF from the Learn credentials experience, as described in the Q&A reference.
    4. If the exam still does not appear after 24–72 hours
      • Since Pearson VUE has confirmed the exam as delivered and the result as passed, and it is not visible under Past exams or Certifications, this is a Microsoft Credentials profile/sync issue.
      • Open a support case with Microsoft Credentials Support:
        1. Go to the online support request: https://www.aka.ms/credentialssupport
        2. Ensure Product family = “Learning” and Product or Service = “Microsoft Credentials”.
        3. Choose the category closest to “Exam results / missing certification”.
        4. Select Professional No Charge and provide location and time zone.
        5. Describe the issue clearly, including:
          • Full name as in the Learn profile
          • Learn Username (from Learn Settings)
          • Exam code (GH-300)
          • Exam date and time
          • Confirmation that Pearson VUE shows the exam as delivered and passed
        6. Attach any Pearson VUE confirmation emails or screenshots you have.
      • After submission, a case number is generated and support will respond via email during business hours. Case status can be checked via the Manage tab on the same support site.

These steps align with the documented process for resolving missing exams or certifications when the exam provider confirms delivery but the credential does not appear in the Learn profile.

Thanks for the detailed info. However, the following information was not available while choosing category - Choose the category closest to “Exam results / missing certification”. Hence, chosen as 'Exam' only. Below is the case number details - https://support.serviceshub.microsoft.com/supportforbusiness/case/2603230030003097. Please let me know the SLA for the request.
