MS 102 certificate is not showing.

I have passed my exam MS 102 on 16th March but still my certificate is not showing in credentilas. I can see score report only. I need to download my certificate.

Exams are not certifications. The MS-102 exam is only part of the requirements for the Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification. The MS-102 exam result and certificate can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Learn profile, but if only the score report is visible and no certification is shown, use the following checks and steps:

1. Confirm the certification was actually earned
   • MS-102 is part of the requirements for Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert. Verify on the exam page what credential is awarded and ensure that passing MS-102 alone is expected to grant a certification in your case.

2. Verify the correct Learn account is being used
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) that was used to register and sit the exam. Using a different account (for example, a work/school account) is a common reason for missing certifications.
   • If multiple profiles or accounts may have been used, sign out and try any other Microsoft accounts to see where the exam and certification appear.
3. Check the Certifications tab correctly
   • Go to the Learn profile → Credentials → Certifications and look under:
     • Active certifications
     • Past exams (to confirm the MS-102 exam is listed as passed)
4. If the certification or certificate is still missing
   • Follow the official guidance for missing exams or certifications and contact Microsoft Credentials Support:
     • First, confirm requirements and account as above.
     • If still missing, submit a support request to Microsoft Credentials Support so they can check the exam record and profile linkage.
5. How to get the certificate file
   • The legacy Certification Dashboard is retired. Certificates are now accessed from the Learn → Credentials → Certifications page.
   • From there, open the certification and use the browser’s Print function and Save as PDF to create a downloadable copy of the certificate.

If, after verifying the correct account and requirements, the MS-102 certification still does not appear, the next step is to open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support so they can fix the profile or credential mapping.
