Bookings page no longer loading - takes you right to Outlook

When I login and go to Bookings Page - it's taking me directly to Outlook instead of Booking where services, etc... can be edited.

Has bookings app changed? If so what is the new replacement?

    Hello @Betsy K. Lee Verb

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are currently unable to open your Microsoft Bookings page, and the page automatically redirects you to Outlook instead. This behavior is uncommon, so I would like to ask you to try the following troubleshooting steps to help isolate the issue.

    1. Test using an InPrivate/Incognito window Please open an InPrivate (Edge) or Incognito (Chrome) window and try accessing your Bookings page again. You may use either your direct booking page link or the following URL: https://outlook.office.com/bookings/homepage

If you are able to access the Bookings page successfully in a private window, this may indicate a browser cache or profile-related issue.

    2. Clear browser cache If the above step works, please try clearing the cache in your regular browser profile (it is recommended to select All time):

Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data → Select Cached images and files → Clear data

Microsoft Edge: Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Choose what to clear → Select Cached images and files → Clear now

    3. Disable browser add-ins or test with a new profile Please check whether your browser has any extensions or add-ins enabled. Temporarily disable them and try accessing the Bookings page again. Alternatively, you may create a new browser profile to ensure you are testing with a clean profile environment.

If possible, please confirm whether any of your colleagues are experiencing the same issue. If multiple users are affected, this could indicate a backend or redirect configuration issue, and you would need to contact your IT administrator for further investigation.

Additionally, could you please let me know when was the last time you were able to access the Bookings page without encountering this issue?

I look forward to your response and will be happy to assist further based on your findings.
