Hi LOCATOR
On Windows 10, sports‑betting “geolocator” tools (like GeoComply / Player Location Check) do not open as a normal app. After install, they run silently in the background and only activate when the betting site calls them.
If nothing works after install, common causes are:
- Windows Location Services are off (Settings → Privacy → Location → turn on, and allow desktop apps).
- Using Ethernet only - many sportsbooks require Wi‑Fi to verify location (even on desktops).
- VPN, Remote Desktop, or virtual machine software installed or running.
- Browser blocked location or local network access (check site permissions in Edge/Chrome).
You can confirm installation by checking Services (services.msc) for a running GeoComply/Player Location service.
If it still fails, this is a limitation of desktop geolocation. For dedicated support, I'd recommend you reach out to your service provider's support.
Hope you'll get this sorted out.
