this bill has been paid and confirmed but I'm getting warnings, saying I'm not paid in full? I need this issue resolved please

If its on the MS Office app, please try to sign out your account first and sign back in. To do that, please open MS Office Word, click File tab then Accounts and then Sign out. After that, please sign back in. Check if the issue persists. You can see the status of your subscription from https://account.microsoft.com/services.
