The screenshots show an “Unexpected error” while scheduling Exam AI-900 after entering personal details. This is an issue in the exam scheduling/transfer flow and not something that can be fixed locally.
Use the official certification support channels so the scheduling team can review the account and booking details:
- Go to Microsoft Certification Support and open a support request for exam scheduling issues. A moderator or support agent will respond, typically within one business day.
- If the error occurs after transfer to Pearson VUE (for example, if the Pearson account is blocked due to prior payment failures), Pearson VUE support must remove the block before scheduling can continue. The Certification Support page provides the Pearson VUE contact path.
If the error persists after support has cleared any Pearson VUE blocks, continue working with Microsoft Certification Support so they can investigate the specific “Unexpected error” on the Learn/Build scheduling page.
