I subscribe to Family and share with three others. Two work perfectly but one, although it says sharing, does not have the storage of 1Tb.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    If you are the owner of the Microsoft 365 Family subscription, sign in with your account on the Services & Subscriptions page to confirm that you are sharing the benefits with three people.

    ==================================================

    If you’ve confirmed that the family subscription is being shared with three other members, ask the member who is experiencing the issue to sign in to OneDrive on the web using their account in an incognito/private browsing window in any web browser, and then check whether the 1 TB of OneDrive storage is reflected in their account.

    Follow these steps for the family member who is not seeing 1 TB:

    1. Confirm the invitation was fully accepted
      • Ask the affected person to sign in at their Microsoft account with the same email that was invited.
      • Check that the subscription shows as shared with them and that they appear in the Microsoft family group.
    2. Check their OneDrive storage status
      • While signed in as that person, go to Manage storage in OneDrive (web).
      • If it still shows only 5 GB, wait up to 2 hours after accepting the invite, then refresh the page and check again. Sometimes the 1 TB allocation takes time to appear.
    3. If storage still does not update
      • Verify again that the invite was accepted (not just “pending”). If needed, remove them from the family group and re‑invite from the subscription owner’s Microsoft account page.
      • After they accept again, repeat the storage check and wait period.

    If the other two members already show 1 TB, the subscription itself is working; the issue is almost always that the invitation is not fully accepted under the same account, or the OneDrive quota has not yet refreshed.
