I have pass my Microsoft PL 900 exam on 29th March 2026, however i have not received the certificate yet

I passed my Microsoft PL 900 exam on 20th March 2026, still i have not received the certificate to download . I registered my self using my personal email id and linked with my professional email ID, in both it is not visible.

Exam results and certifications can take up to 24 hours to appear in the Certifications tab of the Microsoft Learn profile. If the PL-900 exam was passed on 20 March 2026 and the certificate is still not visible under either the personal or professional account, the issue is most likely related to the Learn profile or account association rather than the exam delivery.

Take these steps:

1. Confirm the correct Learn account
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and open the profile.
   • Verify that the account in use is the same one used to register and sit the PL-900 exam.
   • If there are multiple Microsoft accounts (personal and work/school), sign out and try each one to see where the certification appears.
   • Check the email address that received the exam “congratulations” message; that is the contact email associated with the profile where the certification should appear.
2. Check the Certifications area
   • In the Learn profile, go to Credentials → Certifications and verify whether the PL-900 certification is listed.
   • If the certification requires only one exam (as most fundamentals do), the certificate should be available once that exam is passed.
3. If the certification is still missing
   • Follow the guidance for missing exams or certifications and contact the dedicated support team:
     • Review: Missing Exams or Certifications
     • Then open a ticket with Microsoft Credentials Support as described there so they can check the candidate ID, exam history, and account linkage and enable access to the certificate.
4. Accessing the certificate once it appears
   • From the Certification Dashboard, use View Certificates to download the PL-900 certificate once the certification is visible.

For this scenario, only Microsoft Credentials Support can correct account or visibility issues and re-enable certificate download.
