i cleared PL 500 certificate but it was not visible in credentials/certification what to do how can i see history atleast i need to show it as a proof

Follow these steps to locate or fix a missing PL‑500 certification and get proof of completion:

1. Confirm the exam and certification status

• It can take up to 24 hours for most exam results to appear in the Learn profile’s Certifications tab after passing the exam.
• Make sure that all requirements for the PL‑500 certification are met by checking the relevant certification or exam details page in the certification or exam details pages.

2. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn account Missing certifications are often due to using a different account than the one used to register for the exam.

• Sign out of Microsoft Learn.
• Sign back in with the account used when registering/taking the PL‑500 exam (personal Microsoft account vs. work/school account).
• If multiple accounts may have been used, try each one.
• Use the “congratulations” email (if received) to confirm which profile it points to; if the certification is not visible there, it may be under another profile.

3. Check the Certifications and Transcript views There are two main places to see history/proof:

a) Certification Dashboard

• Go to the Certification Dashboard (see Access your Certification Dashboard).
• In the Certificates section, select View Certificates to see and download available certificates.
• In the Transcript section, select View Transcript to see all passed exams and certifications and download/email/share a PDF.

b) Learn profile transcript

• Sign into the Learn profile.
• Select the avatar > Profile.
• In the profile menu, select Transcript.
• This transcript lists all successfully completed certifications and modules and can be shared via Share link or printed/saved to PDF as proof.

4. If the PL‑500 certification or exam is still missing If the certification or exam does not appear after verifying the correct account and waiting the normal processing time:

• Review the guidance for Missing Exams or Certifications (for example, legacy/aged‑out certifications or Certiport‑delivered exams not yet integrated).
• If PL‑500 should be visible and is not, contact Microsoft Credentials Support:
  • Use Credentials Support as described in the Credentials support article.
  • Sign in with the same account used for the exam, then submit a ticket under Microsoft Certifications/Microsoft Credentials with exam details (exam name, date, provider, candidate ID, registration ID, etc.).

5. If the exam was taken via Certiport

• Certifications earned through Certiport may not appear in the Learn profile yet.
• Manage and download proof (certificates and transcript) from the Certiport Test Candidate account until integration is complete.

Using either the Certification Dashboard transcript, the Learn profile transcript, or the Certiport transcript (if applicable) will provide proof of passing while support resolves any visibility issues in the main Certifications view.
