Exam results cannot be looked up or tracked by MS ID. Use the following steps to verify and, if needed, escalate:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft Learn profile associated with the exam registration and check the Certifications/Applied Skills area for the exam result. For most non‑beta exams, results appear within minutes and in the Learn profile within 24 hours.
    2. If the exam included labs, allow at least 24 hours after completion because lab-based exams can take 30 minutes or longer to score and then propagate to the Learn profile.
    3. If the exam was taken through Certiport (student/educator provider), check both the Learn profile and the Certiport dashboard; results should appear within 24 hours.
    4. If the exam was a beta exam, results are not available immediately. Beta exam scores are released about 10 days after the exam goes live, which is typically 10–12 weeks after the beta period begins and can take up to ~14 weeks depending on when the exam was taken in the beta window.
    5. If more than 24 hours have passed for a standard (non‑beta) exam and the result is still missing from the Learn profile, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the official support channel for certification issues so they can investigate the missing result.

Do not open a support ticket with Outlook or other unrelated product teams; certification result issues are handled only through the certification/credentials support path.
