Renewal issue for Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

For several questions I found the answer on MSlearn, notably in the subject for "Create, configure, and manage identities".

Still I scored 0% on it.
It feel like the grading and/or the answers marked as correct are faulty.

Is it possible to get a second counting of my renewal results for this subject?

A second manual scoring or “recount” of a Microsoft renewal assessment result is not available. Renewal assessments and exams are scored automatically, and Microsoft does not offer re-evaluation of scores or section-level rescoring.
