Outlook won't open, says it coundn't open last time and asks if I want to open in Safemode

When I choose yes, it opens outlook, but once it loads, it instantly closes the screen. I have tried to uninstall all Microsoft 365 and Outlook apps from my computer and reinstall, but that has not fixed the issue. Any suggestions?
