Certificate not visible in Microsoft profile

I have appeared for certificate DP-600 exam. I cleared it last Friday 20 March 2026. The scorecard is there available on Pearson VUE site. I have attached result below for reference. But still certificate is not present on the microsoft profile. Please look into this and help.

Exam and certification visibility issues are handled through Microsoft Credentials Support, not the forums.

Use these steps:

1. Confirm the correct Learn profile
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn with the same Microsoft account used to register and take the DP-600 exam.
   • Go to Profile → Credentials → Certifications and check whether DP-600 or its related certification appears under Past exams or Certifications.
2. Allow for processing time
   • For most exams, results appear in the Learn profile within 24 hours, but delays can occur. Since the score is already visible on Pearson VUE, the next step is direct support.
3. Contact Microsoft Credentials Support
   • Go to Microsoft Credentials Support and create a support request for missing certifications/exams. Provide:
     • Exam code (DP-600)
     • Exam date
     • Pearson VUE confirmation that the exam is passed (do not share sensitive IDs publicly; provide them only in the secure support form).
   • The Credentials Support team can:
     • Check for account/profile mismatches.
     • Link the passed exam to the correct Learn profile.
     • Correct missing certification or transcript entries.
4. If needed, verify with Pearson VUE
   • Since the score report is already visible on Pearson VUE, keep a copy of that report; support may ask for it as evidence.

If the certification still does not appear after support review, they are the only channel that can update the Microsoft Certification Dashboard and transcript.
