To access the AZ-900 certificate again, the certification must still be associated with a Microsoft Learn profile that can be signed into. Use these steps:

    1. Confirm which account holds the certification
      • The exam completion and certificate are tied to the Microsoft account used when registering/taking the exam (often the same as the email that received the “congratulations” email).
      • If the company email was only a contact email and not the actual login, sign in to Microsoft Learn with any Microsoft personal or work/school accounts previously used and check which one shows the certification.
    2. Sign in to the correct Learn profile
      • Go to the Certification Dashboard via the guidance in Access your certificates, badges, and transcript.
      • Make sure the login account matches the one that owns the certification. If multiple profiles exist, sign out and try each possible account.
    3. Download the AZ-900 certificate
      • From the Certification Dashboard, in the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
      • Select the AZ-900 certificate and choose download to get a PDF or .zip file, as described under How to access your certificates.
    4. If the certification is missing from the current profile
      • Follow the steps in Missing Exams or Certifications:
        • Verify that AZ-900 was passed and is an eligible certification.
        • Confirm you are not signed into the wrong Learn profile.
        • Try all other Microsoft accounts you may have used at the time of the exam (personal or work/school).
      • If the certification still does not appear, contact Microsoft Credentials Support using the process in Missing Exams or Certifications for help with missing credentials or account issues.
    5. If access to the original login account is lost
      • For personal Microsoft accounts, recovery is only possible through the Microsoft account self-service tools described in Accessing your Learn profile.
      • Microsoft Credentials Support cannot recover or move certifications from a Learn profile that cannot be accessed.
