I do not receive phone calls to authenticate my work account
I set my Microsoft Entra account that associate to my work account to call me to verifiy my identify. I have not been able to receive phone calls from microsoft the last few weeks. I did not change my phone number associated with my account. My phone does work since I have been able to receive phone and texts from others. I have tried turn off and turn on my phone and it does not solve the issue. I have also checked my blocked contact and do not see the number that I used to receive calls to verify identity from in the list. I cannot change my authenticate method because it requires me verifying my identify through phone call first. Please help me solve this issue.
