    Hi @Darrion Brown

    Thank you for reaching out.

In reference to your request for SharePoint assistance, it is acknowledged that establishing a direct connection with technical representatives can appear challenging. To ensure your request is addressed by a Microsoft support engineer, please follow the official protocols established for Microsoft 365 for Business.

Scenario 1: You are a Microsoft 365 administrator.

If you hold an admin role within your organization, you have the authority to initiate a service request:

    1. Navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    2. Select the Help & support feature located within the portal. User's image
    3. Provide a brief summary of the SharePoint concern.
    4. If the provided self-help resources do not resolve the matter, select the option to engage with a support representative.
    5. Within this secure environment, you may request a telephonic callback by providing your direct details.

For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.

Scenario 2: You are an end user in your organization.

For end users, please engage with your IT admin team. They are equipped with the credentials to open a service request through the Microsoft 365 portal, ensuring your concern is correctly prioritized.

Please be advised that public platforms, such as the Microsoft Q&A forum, are user-to-user discussion resources. These environments lack the functionality to generate official service requests or facilitate direct calls. For security and privacy, formal technical intervention is only available through the authenticated Microsoft 365 Admin Center.

I hope this information assists you in reaching the appropriate department for your SharePoint needs.

Additionally, I have opened a private message to check the status of your support ticket if you have opened a ticket in the admin center. Kindly click the button below to check the private message.

Phone support or a call-back cannot be initiated directly from here, but there are supported ways to reach a human for SharePoint help:

    1. Use in-product SharePoint help
      • Open the SharePoint site.
      • Select the question mark (?) in the upper-right corner to open the help pane.
      • From there, search for topics or follow links to support content.
    2. Get help for SharePoint apps
      • If the issue is with a specific app on a SharePoint site:
        1. On the site, select Settings > Site contents.
        2. Under Lists, Libraries, and other Apps, point to the app.
        3. Select the ellipses (...) and then Help to open the app publisher’s help or support page.
    3. Use SharePoint online help & support
      • Go to the SharePoint help & learning page and use Get support (Contact us) to reach Microsoft support for SharePoint.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support by phone (for account/tenant issues)
      • Use the Customer service phone numbers page for the region and call Microsoft Support.
      • For business tenants, an admin can also open a ticket from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center under Support > Help & support and request a call back.
    5. Accessibility-related assistance
      • If accessibility or assistive technologies are involved, contact the Microsoft Disability Answer Desk or enterprise Disability Answer Desk for direct technical assistance.

These channels connect to real support agents who can work through SharePoint issues and, where available, arrange a call or call-back.
