Missing Azure Certification (DP-900) after passing exam via Pearson VUE

I recently passed the DP-900: Azure Data Fundamentals exam through Pearson VUE (OnVUE), but my certification is not in my Microsoft Learn profile.

Issue: I can confirm that I completed the exam, but the certification does not appear in my Microsoft Learn account under Certifications.

Use the following steps to resolve a missing DP-900 certification after passing the exam via Pearson VUE:

1. Confirm the exam result and timing
   • For most exams, results appear in the Learn profile within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for results to show under the Certifications tab.
   • If the exam was very recent, wait up to 24 hours and then check again.
2. Verify the correct Microsoft Learn account
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn and ensure the correct profile is being used.
   • If multiple Microsoft accounts exist (personal, work, or school), sign out and try each account that might have been used when registering for the exam.
   • Remember that the congratulations email is sent to the Contact Email in the Learn profile, which may differ from the login account. If the email link does not show the certification, it may belong to a different profile.
3. Check the Certifications/Exams requirements
   • Review the DP-900 exam details page to confirm that passing this single exam is sufficient to earn the Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900) certification.
4. Confirm the exam provider and profile linkage
   • Since the exam was taken via Pearson VUE (OnVUE), it should appear in the Microsoft Learn profile once the Pearson VUE record is correctly associated with the same Microsoft account used for the certification profile.
5. If the certification is still missing
   • If, after confirming the correct account and waiting up to 24 hours, the certification still does not appear:
