    Hello Carriage Village Landowners Association,

I realize that you've encountered a problem with update payment information. I truly understand your confusion. Let me assist you further.

For me to provide the most accurate solution, would you please let me know few information about the situation you're experiencing:

    1. What exact Microsoft 365 product do you have? (Microsoft 365 Business Basic / Standard / Premium or Microsoft 365 Personal / Family)
    2. Where do you get blocked when signing in? (admin.microsoft.com or account.microsoft.com — include the exact error text)
    3. Is your @gmail.com the Global Admin / billing owner of the subscription? (Yes / No / Not sure)
    4. Do you see the subscription listed anywhere at all when you sign in? (Yes, but cannot pay / No, nothing shows)
    5. Was this subscription originally purchased directly from Microsoft or through a reseller/partner? (Microsoft / reseller / don’t know)

I am looking forward for your respond. Thank you so much for your times.

    Best Regard,
