- Is your
@gmail.com the Global Admin / billing owner of the subscription? (Yes / No / Not sure)
- Do you see the subscription listed anywhere at all when you sign in? (Yes, but cannot pay / No, nothing shows)
- Was this subscription originally purchased directly from Microsoft or through a reseller/partner? (Microsoft / reseller / don’t know)
