Az-900 Microsoft certificate not visible under credentials

Hello,

I recently took and passed the AZ-900 (Microsoft Azure Fundamentals) exam. At the end of the exam, I received a confirmation that I passed successfully.

However, I am experiencing the following issues:

I have not received any confirmation email

My certification is not showing in the Microsoft Certification Dashboard

I have already verified my email address

I also checked my results in Pearson VUE

Could you please help me verify my exam result and sync my certification?

For most Microsoft exams, results are available within minutes, but it can take up to 24 hours for them to appear in the Certifications section of the Learn profile and on the certification dashboard. If the AZ-900 certification is still missing after that time, follow these steps:

1. Confirm the correct account is being used
   • Sign in to Microsoft Learn: https://learn.microsoft.com/
   • Select the profile name (top-right) → Profile → Credentials → Certifications.
   • If the certification is not listed, verify whether any other Microsoft accounts (personal, work, or school) were used when registering for or taking the exam.
   • Sign out and try signing in with any other accounts that might have been used. Exams and certifications are tied to the specific profile used at registration.
2. Check credential requirements
   • Use the certification or exam details pages to confirm that passing AZ-900 is sufficient to earn the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification and that no additional exams are required.
3. Consider timing and provider
   • For standard (non-beta) exams delivered via Pearson VUE, results should sync within about 24 hours. If the exam was taken as a beta or via Certiport, timing and visibility can differ, and Certiport-earned credentials are not currently reflected in the Microsoft Learn profile.
4. If the certification is still missing, contact Microsoft Credentials Support
   • Use the Microsoft Credentials Support channel to investigate missing exams or certifications and to correct any account or sync issues.

These steps are the supported path to verify the exam result and have the AZ-900 certification correctly reflected in the Learn profile and certification dashboard.
