non-receipt of mail for virtual training on Introduction to Microsoft Security to be held on 24-25 Mar 2026

I have booked for virtual training on Introduction of Microsoft Security on 22 Mar 26 for virtual training scheduled to be held on 24-25 Mar 2026. But I haven't yet received any mail confirmation. Please do needful.

Confirmation emails for Microsoft Learn courses delivered by a Learning Partner are sent by the Learning Partner, not by Microsoft directly.

When a confirmation email is not received after registering:

1. Check inbox, junk, and spam folders for an email from the Learning Partner for the course that was registered.
2. If no email is found, contact the Learning Partner used to schedule the class and ask them to validate the registration and resend the confirmation. Their contact details are available via the Learning Partner’s own website or by using the “find a Microsoft Learning Partner by country or region” page.
3. If the Learning Partner’s support channel has already been used and no response is received, try alternative contact numbers listed on the Learning Partner’s website.
4. If still unable to reach the Learning Partner or resolve the issue, post the question in the “Learning Partner instructor-led course scheduling on Learn” support forum, which is the recommended place to ask for help and report scheduling problems.
