Unable to access Microsoft

I have created an account, entered my payment information, completed all account requirements. I am simply trying to access MY information and I am still being shut out from Microsoft.

Hi Keisha, if you cannot access your Microsoft account, make sure you are signing in with the exact account you used to create it. If that does not work, go to the sign-in page and click “Can’t access your account?” to verify your identity. Microsoft will guide you to recover your account and access your information.
